Understanding that we are an emergency service, the road technicians have always promptly responded to any repair issue we have had day or night. In the rare instance that our radio equipment could not be immediately repaired, oft times a loaner piece of equipment was supplied when necessary. Another reason we have remained loyal Mitchell customers is the fact that their labor rate is lower than other shops in the area. From repairs to system design, Jeff Mitchell has always taken care of all our radio needs. These economic times make it ever so critical that we get the greatest value for our valuable tax dollars.
